This smoothie is rich in protein, fiber, and antioxidants, making it perfect for post-workout recovery or a quick breakfast.

Ingredients (Makes 2 servings):

  • ½ cup of mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 60ml liquid egg whites (Ovolite)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional for extra flavor and protein)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup for sweetness
  • 1 cup of ice cubes

Method:
