The Veggie Scramble Breakfast Wrap

The Ingredients

1 cup (approx. 250ml) Ovolite Liquid Egg Whites
1 tbsp Olive Oil
½ cup Bell Peppers (mixed, finely chopped)
¼ cup Onions (finely chopped)
½ cup Mushrooms (sliced)
¼ cup Spinach (roughly chopped)
2 Whole Wheat Tortillas / Multigrain Wraps
Salt & Pepper to taste
Optional:
1 tbsp grated cheese
Salsa or chilli sauce
Avocado slices

The Instructions

1. Heat your pan over medium flame and drizzle the olive oil.
2. Add onions and bell peppers, sauté for 2 minutes until slightly soft.
3. Toss in mushrooms and spinach. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until everything is lightly cooked.
4. Shake your Ovolite carton well and pour the liquid egg whites directly onto the veggies.
5. Add salt and pepper. Stir gently until the egg whites are fully cooked and fluffy.
6. Warm your tortilla on a pan for 10–15 seconds on each side.
7. Spoon the veggie egg white scramble onto the tortilla.
8. Add optional cheese, salsa, or avocado.
9. Wrap it tight, slice in half, and enjoy a high-protein breakfast on the go!
